We will confirm receipt of your order by email. We will confirm when your Goods have been dispatched by email. Deliveries require a signature. We deliver to most international address at highly competitive rates. For international orders carriage costs will be clearly shown when you select your delivery destination. All items ordered before noon will normally be dispatched the same day, at peak periods it may not always be possible to guarantee this service. We do not normally deliver at the weekend.

Our regular couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or Forces addresses. Please contact us so we can arrange an alternative delivery method.

SUCK UK LTD are responsible for ensuring that Goods are adequately packaged for safe transportation of Goods supplied. Where applicable the Customer is responsible for ensuring the safe onward transportation where SUCK UK LTD are delivering to any central distribution centre, holding warehouse or other such building, where the items will be split and transported onwards. SUCK UK LTD does not guarantee that any individual item's packaging will be sufficient for onward transportation unless a specific agreement has been made when the contract is agreed. SUCK UK LTD reserve the right to make additional charges where such a requirement becomes apparent at a later stage.
Delivery charges
All product prices are ex-works.  Delivery charges are quoted separately. The cost of carriage shall be paid by the Customer.  The delivery cost is determined by destination and weight of Goods, including any outer packaging as shall reasonably be required to ensure that no damage occurs during transit.  SUCK UK LTD reserves the right to select the transport company used and will endeavour to consistently seek the best possible price for the Customer insofar as this does not affect quality of service.  The Customer may use their own shipper and in this instance are responsible for all charges involved in collecting Goods from SUCK UK LTD premises.
Import duty
If you are outside the EU it is possible your country will ask you to pay duties and taxes on the goods you are importing. Each country has it's own laws and the amount payable varies from one item to the next, usually between 0-10% of the order value. Most shipments will incur no charges at all.
We cannot provide a value of duties & taxes before an order has shipped, this is at the discretion of the Customs Authority. Most shipments will incur no charges at all. Any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and should be paid to UPS at their request. UPS will contact you directly if there is anything to pay. Payment of duties & taxes must be made prior to, or on receipt of goods.UPS will make contact via email, phone or fax to advise of additional charges. Delayed response may incur further charges, so immediate reply is important!

Guarantee & Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your online purchase you may return it to us within 7. days of receipt. We will happily replace, exchange or refund your items.

All Goods returned must be as new. The responsibility for the return delivery, and costs lie with the Customer. Upon return the Goods will be inspected and a refund made within 7 days.

Damaged Goods
Please report any damages or non-delivery immediately - no complaints for transit damage can be considered unless made in writing within 10 days of receipt of Goods. Any claim for damaged or defective Goods can only be entertained if the Goods are returned to SUCK UK LTD in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit or if the Goods are made available for collection from the location to which they were originally delivered by SUCK UK LTD or its authorised agents.

Faulty Goods, warranties and liabilities
Subject to conditions and provided the total price has been paid by the due date for payment, SUCK UK LTD warrants that the Goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. SUCK UK LTD will (at its own choice) either replace, repair, or give credit for Goods found to be faulty within SUCK UK LTD's warranty period relevant to Goods of that type. Unless otherwise stated the standard warranty period for all Goods supplied by SUCK UK LTD will be 12 months from the date of purchase.

SUCK UK LTD will as far as possible endeavour to ensure that all Goods supplied are safe and compliant with any relevant standards with regard to the specific intended and stated use for the Goods. SUCK UK LTD cannot be held responsible for defects arising from misuse or mishandling of Goods. Any fault or damage to the Goods supplied should be reported to SUCK UK LTD immediately, failure to do so may affect the warranty.

The Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified SUCK UK LTD against all claims, proceedings, costs and expenses in connection with any third party claim based upon any allegation that the safety of the Goods (or materials or components comprised within the Goods or any Goods in which the Goods are incorporated) is not such as persons are generally entitled to expect, save where such deficiency in their safety was present at the time the Goods were dispatched to the Customer or its agents by SUCK UK LTD or its agents.

Terms of trading

All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions of sale current as at the date of the order.

Retention of title
All products supplied to the Customer by SUCK UK LTD, shall remain the sole and absolute property of SUCK UK LTD, both in law and equity until the Customer shall have paid to SUCK UK LTD the agreed price, together with the full price of any other products supplied by SUCK UK LTD, pursuant to any other contract between them. The Customer's right to possession of the products shall cease if it does anything or fails to do anything which would entitle a receiver to take possession of any assets or which would entitle any person to present a petition for winding up (or in case of a person or firm commit an act of bankruptcy). Notwithstanding the retention of property by SUCK UK LTD in accordance with the above provisions, all products supplied by SUCK UK LTD shall be at risk of the Customer as soon as they are delivered to the Customer's premises or otherwise to order. The Customer shall hold any proceeds of sale as a fiduciary until its account with SUCK UK LTD is settled.

Any changes to these terms will be posted on this web page. Last updates 22 April 2016. Our terms are variable and subject to change without notice. SUCK UK LTD reserve the right to vary these terms from time to time as we see fit. Furthermore these terms may be withdrawn without notice and may vary from contract to contract.

With specific regard to resellers and retailers

We offer all our retailers great products and great service, including images and copy for your use. If there is anything else we can help you with, always ask! In exchange we require the following…

  1. Product carton quantities (case packs) may not be split.
  2. Customers must not sell SUCK UK LTD products on Amazon, eBay, Tmall, JD, Taobao or any other unapproved 3rd party.
  3. Customers with new or multiple outlets must notify us for approval in advance of placing product on sale.
  4. Customers must physically operate a stock distribution facility OR a traditional retail store.
  5. Customers must physically hold stock of any products that are sold on their website. 
  6. Customers may not carry knockoffs, counterfeit copies of SUCK UK LTD products, infringing on our Intellectual Property rights.
  7. Customers must not present themselves as official or exclusive SUCK UK LTD retailers. This applies to stores, websites, advertising, social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc) or search engines.

Reseller and retailer account terms
Orders will be accepted strictly on a proforma basis. Any applications for credit will considered only if accompanied by acceptable trade references. If payment is not made by the due date credit terms may be withdrawn. Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment is due until the date of payment at a rate of 2% per month above HSBC Bank's base rate per month from time to time in force and shall accrue after as well as before any judgement.
Inactive customers may be asked to reapply for their trade account. We consider a customer who has not ordered within one year to be inactive.
Customised product, bespoke work and Goods supplied under contract
Orders for non-standard Goods will be accepted only with a minimum of 50% deposit and full payment upon delivery. Any variation in the order agreed between the parties shall entitle SUCK UK LTD to vary the price to cover the cost of such variation. The contract may in part take the form of Purchase Orders accepted and acknowledged by SUCK UK LTD and any written agreement entered into with relation to such orders. No works shall commence until such orders have been issued by the Customer and accepted and acknowledged by SUCK UK LTD. Furthermore no works shall commence until satisfactory payment on account of the contract has been received by SUCK UK LTD in accordance with our standard terms and with the specific terms of the contract.

Warranties and liabilities for customised product, bespoke work and Goods supplied under contract
Goods supplied or works carried out by SUCK UK LTD will unless otherwise stated be guaranteed against malfunction or failure as a result of substandard materials, workmanship or design to the extent as this is covered by the contract and for a time period specified in the contract or for the anticipated duration of the project if this is less than 12 months. SUCK UK LTD limits its responsibility to claims for damages to the extent of and in accordance with the contract. Any claims arising from misuse or mishandling of any Goods supplied will not be entertained.

Any Goods supplied will be covered by the SUCK UK LTD standard warranty and this may be extended or shortened in accordance with the terms and requirements of the contract. SUCK UK LTD will within a reasonable time period with respect to the contract and at its own choice either replace, repair, or give credit for Goods found to be faulty in material, design or workmanship within the warranty period for such Goods.

Third party selling
We reserve the right to refuse supply to any Customer who we deem to be reselling or retailing SUCK UK LTD products through unapproved channels. These unapproved channels include: Any third party retail or wholesale company based in the UK or abroad; Shops and websites that have not been authorised as SUCK UK LTD stockists, SUCK UK LTD specifically do not approve selling via Amazon, eBay, Tmall, JD, Taobao or any other similar website. Customers with new or moved locations should notify us for approval in advance.

The Customer does not have exclusive distribution rights of SUCK UK products in any territory, unless specific terms have been agreed in writing. Such an agreement will not be considered until a trading relationship has been established. Further information about SUCK UK policy on exclusivity agreements can be obtained upon request.

Drop shipping
SUCK UK LTD do not offer any drop shipping service to your third party customer. For this reason we may verify any new delivery address request and reserve the right to refuse any order for delivery to a third party. Requests for new delivery addresses may delay your order while the address is being verified.

Timed delivery slots
SUCK UK LTD accepts no responsibility for third party courier companies failing to adhere to allotted delivery slots or time related delivery requirements set out by the Customer. SUCK UK LTD will not accept any deductions or fines associated with these failings. SUCK UK LTD accepts responsibility for any damages to Goods in transit due to lack of sufficient packaging on products dispatched from a SUCK UK LTD warehouse.  

MAP Minimum Advertised Price Policy
In order to maintain the integrity of the SUCK UK LTD brand, we have established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for resellers of SUCK UK LTD products. This policy has been established to protect and support all resellers, as well as consumers of SUCK UK LTD products. The intention is not to interfere with the businesses of our resellers, but rather to enable customers to have sustainable business practices by allowing for a reasonable profit margin.

  1. The minimum advertised price for any SUCK UK LTD product shall not be less than 10% below the listed retail price.
  2. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of SUCK UK LTD products in any and all media, including, but not limited to, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage. The MAP policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the store and not distributed to any customer(s)
  3. MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the dealer's retail location or over the telephone. SUCK UK LTD dealers and sales representatives remain free to sell these products at any prices they choose.
  4. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. All dealers and sales representatives may offer SUCK UK LTD products at any price. 
  5. Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of dealership or sales representatives. SUCK UK LTD does not intend to do business with dealers or sales representatives who degrade the image of SUCK UK LTD and its products. It is SUCK UK LTD's sole discretion whether or not to provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking any action under this policy.

This MAP policy has been established by SUCK UK LTD to help ensure the legacy of SUCK UK LTD as an original and high-quality design brand, and to protect the reputation of its name and products. The MAP policy is also designed to ensure dealers and sales representatives have the incentive to invest resources into services for SUCK UK LTD customers.
